We are proud to share the news that Encompass was awarded The National Supplier of Year Award by the NMSDC at its 2023 Annual Conference & Exchange. This event celebrated the achievements of corporate members, minority business enterprises (MBEs), and other NMSDC partners who have shown exemplary leadership in the realm of supplier and business diversity. The National Supplier of the Year Award recognizes standout companies for their growth and development, operational success, support of other MBEs and community involvement.

As NMSDC President and CEO Ying McGuire commented at the award ceremony, "I cannot think of a better way to end what has been an inspiring and action-driven 2023 Annual Conference & Exchange and MBDA National MED Week than by recognizing the accomplishments of the people and organizations that are leading the way in our march to $1 trillion in annual revenue generation for NMSDC-certified MBEs. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees. I look forward to working with you as we continue our efforts to close the equity gap and accelerate MBE growth."

This award is especially meaningful to Encompass because it is reflective of our corporate culture. We know that many of our customers share the same commitment to sustainability and socially responsible corporate governance. With employees from more than 20 countries of origin, fluent in more than 14 languages, we understand how the diversity of our team has been at the core of our success. Our leadership recognizes how having a multicultural and inclusive workforce has contributed to the innovation, growth and operational excellence we pride ourselves on.

We would like to thank the Council for this honor and congratulate the corporate members, minority business enterprises (MBEs), and other NMSDC partners that were recognized at this year's conference.
